Micropigmentation Informed Consent Form

Prices start at $625 for the Monarch Signature Brow enhancement. Price includes a refining session 8-10 weeks after the initial service. Price quotes are given on a case-by-case basis and must be assessed in-person or by photographs via email or text.

An extra fee of $100 will be charged for cover ups and corrections over previous work not done in the Monarch Studio. If you have previous brow tattoo work done at another studio, you must send photos for approval prior to making a refresher appointment at Monarch.

12 month Annual Refresher appointments start at $275.

Additional touch ups (between 12 month sessions) start at $80 and are assessed in person or by photo. Only for existing clients.

This technique is perfect for dry and fine textured skin. Oily skin with larger pores or thicker skin requires the hybrid technique for optimal results.

Monarch Signature Brow Enhancement is a revolutionary micropigmentation modality combining modern machine shading techniques with microblading. The result is a soft, powdered look with fluff for just the right amount of fine detail, also known as Hybrid Brows. All skin types can benefit from the hybrid technique eyebrow.

Your brows are carefully mapped according to your unique facial structure using specially designed software as well as the technician's artistry and ability; it can take nearly an hour to perfect your custom brow map, which will be used as a guide during service.
